Tijeras Creek makes the California Honor Roll

Today at our Friday Spirit Assembly, Ms. Kim Carr from the office of State Senator Catherine Blakespear presented Tijeras Creek Elementary with a Certificate of Recognition for our exceptional academic performance and student growth over the past three years.

Congratulations to our students, staff, and parents for this outstanding achievement. I am incredibly proud of everyone’s dedication and teamwork as we continue to build a strong academic foundation for our community. Keep up the great work!

Week of Giving

As we approach Thanksgiving, our school is embracing the spirit of giving back through a Week of Giving. We invite our students and families to participate in supporting our community by contributing the following items:

  • Monday: Toy Drive

  • Tuesday: Food Drive

  • Wednesday: Men’s White Socks Donations

  • Friday: Final Collection Day – bring any of the listed items and join the fun by wearing crazy socks!

Our goal is to help students understand that giving back is an important part of being a responsible and caring citizen. At Tijeras Creek, we are committed to teaching not only strong academics but also the values of kindness, generosity, and community service.

Thank you for your continued support in helping our students grow as compassionate learners and citizens.
